THE LANDINGS & BAY COLONY Magazine, our official neighborhood magazine (fka ‘newsletter’) since 2014, is a full-color, magazine-styled publication. It is published 6x per year (every other month) and is mailed directly to EVERY home and business in The Landings, as well as to our neighbors in Bay Colony, Bay Colony Club and Lake Estates. In addition to being a wonderful communications tool for our Association that reaches ALL of our homeowners and residents of The Landings and our nearby neighborhoods, it provides an outstanding advertising opportunity for our local business community!
