2026 Annual Meeting A Huge Success!
Welcome to our Landings Residential Association, Inc. website! We are the Homeowners Association for the Landings neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and we hope you will find our site to be helpful for the Landings neighborhood and association information. If you are a new neighbor, we welcome you to our site and cordially invite you to become acquainted with our Association by contacting any of our Board Officers or Board members.
Our 2026 LRA Annual Meeting was held in March and saw a great turnout again this year. 45 residents and 20 political guests joined us for an exceptional evening of connecting with neighbors and to hear updates from our elected representatives, our new LRA Board members and our valued FLPD officers.
We’re delighted to invite you to read about it in our official neighborhood newsmagazine, THE LANDINGS & BAY COLONLY. It’s published bimonthly in print and online with essential civic information, neighborhood issues and city updates. The print version is MAILED to EVERY home, residence and business in the Landings, as well as to our Bay Colony, Bay Colony Club and Lake Estates neighbors.
